You can read the gooey center of reapings about his site in the “About News Epics!” section, but here I will give you the quick version:  

News Epics is about making fun of the news that fails to have a heart on any situation.  In it I find a serious loss of humanity so my job is to exagerate the news headlines as I see them.  I never read the story before making the strip as that defeats my inital reading.  This is more about the headlines than the story.  

It is a fun little project I started a few months back.  I update every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, usually the day before so you can read them that Monday, Wednesday, Friday respectively.
